This is the sub-account where I first learned to run the inbound, the estimates, and the marketing layer on top of a hands-on service business.
What it is
Proven Surfaces installs durable, finished concrete floors. Epoxy systems for residential garages and commercial warehouses. Polished concrete for retail and showrooms. The crews are real, the work is hands-on, and the customers are homeowners and commercial property managers who care more about a twenty-year floor than about anything that happens in the office around the install.

This is the original. It is where I first answered an inbound text at 9:47 PM about an epoxy garage and learned that twenty-two seconds is the difference between booking the estimate and watching the lead go cold. The marketing-side photo pipeline lives here too — every job generates dozens of jobsite photos, and the value of those photos collapses if they are not classified within hours of upload. I learned the classification work by getting it wrong a few times. The lesson generalizes: any vertical that ingests visual evidence inherits the same plumbing, with the validation criteria swapped in.
